The Juvenile Drug Court Diversion Program is located
in Huntington and is operated by the Sixth Circuit Court
of West Virginia. The program seeks to divert
non-violent juvenile offenders exhibiting alcohol or
substance abuse behavior from the traditional juvenile
court process to an intensive individualized treatment
process.
As a Cabell County Juvenile Drug Court
participant, you (and your family) must comply with your
Contract as well as the following guidelines:

**Additional Drug screens will be conducted at
random using the Drug Hotline. The Drug hotline
can be reached Mondays and Wednesdays between 4:30
and 8:30 p.m. A pre-recorded message announces a
randomly chosen list of identification numbers.
Those participants whose identification numbers
are targeted during the announcement within 24
hours for urinalysis. Failure to call the P.O.
within 24 hours will be treated as a positive drug
screen and proper sanctions will be applied.
